SECTION 1 — Regrowth Hair Oil: 40-Day Visible Results Guarantee

Desi Khazanay Regrowth Hair Oil comes with a 40-Day Visible Results Guarantee — because we are confident in what our formula can do for your hair.

How the Guarantee Works

Step 1: Before You Start On the first day you begin using the oil, take a clear photo or short video of your hair. Save it on your phone and send it to us — you will need this later if you wish to claim a refund.

Step 2: Use the Oil Consistently Use Desi Khazanay Regrowth Hair Oil consistently for 40 days as directed — 5 to 7 times per week, applied to the scalp and massaged gently.

Step 3: After 40 Days If after 40 days of consistent use you feel you have seen absolutely no visible improvement in your hair, take a new photo or video of your hair.

Step 4: Send Us Your Before & After Send both your before and after photos/videos to us via WhatsApp at 0300-1171789 or email at contact@desikhazanay.com within 7 days of completing the 40-day period.

Step 5: We Review Your Claim Our team will carefully compare your before and after documentation. If we confirm that there has been 0% visible result after consistent use, your refund will be approved.

Step 6: Return the Bottle Once your refund is approved, you will need to return the oil bottle to us. Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.

Step 7: Refund Processed Once we receive the returned bottle, your full payment will be refunded via bank account transfer within 2 to 3 working days.

Important Conditions for the 40-Day Guarantee

  • The guarantee applies to Desi Khazanay Regrowth Hair Oil only

  • You must have before and after photo/video documentation — claims without documentation cannot be processed

  • The oil must have been used consistently for 40 days as directed — 2 to 3 times per week

  • The claim must be submitted within 7 days of completing the 40-day period

  • Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility

  • Refund will be issued via bank account transfer within 2 to 3 working days after the returned bottle is received

  • Only one refund claim per customer is allowed

SECTION 2 — Standard Refund & Return Policy (All Other Products)

This policy applies to:

Returns Accepted In These Cases

1. Damaged Product If your product arrives damaged, broken, or leaking — you are eligible for a full refund or free replacement.

  • You must send a clear unboxing video or photo showing the damage as proof

  • Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery

2. Wrong Product Delivered If you received a different product than what you ordered — you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund.

  • Report within 7 days of delivery

  • Photo proof of the wrong product received is required

3. Unopened & Unused Products If you change your mind and the product is completely unopened and unused, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be in its original packaging

  • Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility

  • Refund will be processed via bank account transfer within 2 to 3 working days after the returned product is received

Returns NOT Accepted In These Cases

  1. Opened or used products (except under the 40-Day Hair Oil Guarantee)
  2. Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  3. Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  4. Sale or discounted items
  5. Claims without photo or video proof where required
  6. Products returned without prior approval from our team

Bundle Returns

If you purchased a bundle and only one product inside the bundle is damaged or incorrect:

  • Only the affected product will be replaced or refunded

  • The entire bundle does not need to be returned

SECTION 3 — Refund Process

How Refunds Are Issued

All approved refunds at Desi Khazanay are issued via bank account transfer.

  • You will need to provide your bank account name, account number, and bank name

  • Refunds are processed within 2 to 3 working days after your return is received and approved

  • You will receive a confirmation message once the transfer is initiated

COD Orders

If your order was placed via Cash on Delivery, your refund will also be issued via bank account transfer — not cash.

Online Payment Orders

If your order was paid online, your refund will be issued via bank account transfer within 2 to 3 working days after approval.

SECTION 4 — How to Request a Refund or Return

Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or within 47 days for the Hair Oil Guarantee)

Step 2: Send your order details:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Contact number
  • Reason for return/refund
  • Photo or video proof (where required)

Step 3: Our team will review your request within 1 to 2 working days and confirm approval or next steps

Step 4: If approved, return the product (where required) — return shipping is the customer's responsibility

Step 5: Refund issued via bank transfer within 2 to 3 working days of receiving the returned product
