Returns & Refunds Policy

Return window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible, the item must be in the same, original condition you received it—unused/unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation/receipt as proof of purchase.

How to start a return:
Email our team at desikhazanay@gmail.com with your order ID, reason, and clear photos (if applicable).
Return shipments must be sent to: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS].
Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

After approval:
If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately at desikhazanay@gmail.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return the item first. Once the return is approved and processed, place a new order for the replacement.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original, unused condition, with tags and original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
