Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with your TCS tracking details

Delivery Time

All orders ship via TCS Courier—one of Pakistan's most reliable courier services.

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–3 business days

  • Other Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays, public holidays, or weather conditions.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.

  • No extra COD charges

  • Pay the exact amount shown at checkout when your order arrives

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched via TCS, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. Use this number to track your order directly on the TCS website at tcs.com.pk.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order ID

  • A clear unboxing video or photo showing the issue

We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across Pakistan — all major cities and remote areas included via TCS Courier.

International shipping is not available at this time, but we'll announce it soon.
